Baby Food

20 year old baby food jars are a great way to organize hardware.

Terrible way to start the day

I cant remember how many times I have driven off with my coffee sitting on the roof.

Organization

Color-coded storage device
Massive martini fruit display
This wardrobe has been specially modified to work as a coat hanger.

TP

Putting TP on the holder and recycling the spent tubes is a tricky concept.

Thoughtless

The other day someone wanted to “borrow” some stuff out of my car. They decided to enter through my window.

Steve

I don’t think this is exactly what Mr. Jobs had in mind when he put this little doohickey on the cord. Proper cord management is important to me.

Print

Ikea had no intension of designing this stool to fit my printer like a glove. They didn’t know that I would be short on desk space and looking for a solution. The stools intended use will come in handy when guests visit.

Hold the door for me

A few weeks ago I was experimenting with life casting. The goal was to end up with an accurate representation of my foot. The learning process left me with several plaster versions of my feet and hands. This hand holds the door open to let the sun in.
Borrowed some flowers from the house down the street. A tall pink cup of water should keep them fresh for a couple days.

Thoughtlessness?

This blog is being started as a way to document any thoughtless acts carried out by humans that i encounter. As simple as that sounds, I hope to use that goal to gain insights into human behavior. When I become more comfortable with this whole "blog" thing, topics and postings will broaden. In the future this will be a place for me to document and discuss aspects of my design career and anything else thats on my mind
